Ingredients

  • 125 mL (½ cup) vanilla Greek yogurt 
  • 10 mL (2 tsp) unsweetened applesauce 
  • 1 mL (¼ tsp) cinnamon 
  • Cut fruit for dipping 

Directions

  1. Have each student mix the correct amount of each ingredient together in their individual bowls or cups. 
  2. Let rest for 10–15 minutes to let flavours combine.  
  3. Sprinkle more cinnamon on the dip before serving for extra colour, if desired. Serve with your favourite fruit.
