Ingredients
375 mL (1 1/2 cup) frozen mixed berries
250 mL (1 cup) milk
45 mL (3 Tbsp) Greek yogurt
A variety of toppings, such as:
Fresh fruit
Chia seeds
Coconut flakes
Nuts or seeds
Granola
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into bowls.
Add your favourite toppings.
