Ingredients
A variety of bread, such as
chapati
pita
roti
naan
sourdough
tortilla
steamed buns
baguettes
whole grain
rye
A variety of spreads or dips for students to taste bread with, such as
butter
hummus
jam
Directions
Cut bread into small pieces.
Place each type in a separate bowl and provide tongs for each bowl.
Prepare a sample station with breads and spreads/dips for students to try.
Provide a spoon for each spread.
