Ingredients

  • 125 mL (½ cup) plain Greek yogurt
  • 125 mL (½ cup) sour cream
  • 75 mL (1/3 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 30 mL (2 Tbsp) grated carrot
  • 15 mL (1 Tbsp) chopped green onion
  • 2 mL (½ tsp) honey
  • 1 mL (¼ tsp) dried dill
  • Crackers or cut vegetables for dipping

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Stir to mix.
  3. Serve with your favourite vegetables or crackers.
