Ingredients
125 mL (1/2 cup) milk
125 mL (1/2 cup) yogurt (plain)
125 mL (1/2 cup) fresh spinach or baby kale
125 mL (1/2 cup) frozen pineapple
60 mL (1/4 cup) juice (orange or tropical blend)
½ banana
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into cups and serve immediately.
NOTE: Use the type of yogurt you have in your fridge, or try different types. Examples: Greek, Balkan, or Skyr.
