Early Childhood Educators

🍓 Make a smoothie together

Choose a recipe from our smoothie video series and invite kids to help prepare a smoothie. It’s a delicious way to introduce food preparation and practice following instructions.

🎨 Play dough food fun

Children can use playdough to "cook" imaginative dishes - cookies, bannock, pizzas, or anything they dream up.

📖 Bring stories to life
Use our book guide to pick engaging stories about food, or read Saturday at the Dragon House together. Books spark great conversations about food, family, and culture.

Elementary Teachers

🥣 Recreate video recipes in real life Try making the featured dishes: labneh, strawberry sauce, and focaccia. These recipes are kid-friendly and allow children to explore cooking with real ingredients.
