Ingredients

  • 250 mL (1 cup) plain kefir
  • 250 mL (1 cup) milk
  • 2 bananas
  • 15 mL (1 Tbsp) honey
  • 45 mL (3 Tbsp) cocoa powder

Directions

  1. Gather ingredients and combine in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into molds.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and insert a wooden craft stick into each mold.
  5. Freeze for 4–5 hours or overnight before serving.

NOTE: You can use wooden craft sticks (available from craft stores) and ice cube trays or paper cups to make smaller fudge pops. Sticks will fall to the side which may make removing them a bit difficult (but can make for an even more fun eating experience!).
